The Fix Up skate film comp is back for 2017

Clockwise director Dan Higginson is hosting the third annual installment of the Fix Up skate film competition.

The task is simple. Teams of up to four skaters have three days to make a two minute skate edit which will be judged on the quality of skateboarding and creativity.

There's a £2,000 prize pot is on offer to the winners including a £1,000 award for best film and £300 for best trick of the competition. Here's last year's winning entry:

The contest kicks off on Thursday 31 August and films will be premiered at the Campus Pool skate park in Bristol on Sunday 3 September. Want to enter? Just send us a DM over at Instagram.

As always, massive thanks for the support from Monster Energy and DC Skateboarding for fronting up the cash, Rock Solid and Shiner for the product prizes, Campus skate park for hosting the premiere event, and Sidewalk and Fifty Fifty for all the support.
