Hanging with the DC Shoes skate team at the Campus Pool lock-in

The DC Shoes skate team passed through Bristol recently and stopped off at the Campus Pool skatepark for a late night lock-in session. We were more than happy to go along and lend a hand - armed with camera and skateboard.

It's always great meeting like-minded people over a BBQ and a skate session. A crew of four international pros including Wes Kremer, the 2014 Thrasher Skater of the Year, and a handful of UK riders took less than an hour to put together two minutes worth of quality skating which we put into this edit:

This was immediately picked up by several international publications including The BerricsRide ChannelTransworld Skatemag and The Skateboard Mag.

In just 24 hours the video racked up more than 14,000 views - great exposure for this independent skater-owned park which strives to add value to the local community. As always, it was a pleasure to be part of this!
